Have to Wait For Resolution
It is not a matter of liking or disliking. It is simply that i have to wait for the transactions to be refunded. The representative was very friendly and helpful. However, not to disparage the representative that I chatted with, but I have been made promises in the past by other Customer Service agents from other agencies and what they promised never came to fruition. so, the representative's service was good, I just can't provide a complete review until everything has been processed.
