I bought an outdoor furniture setting, which arrived and looks exactly like the website pictures. The setting is of good quality and I’m happy with the product. The experience wasn’t great though. The time to deliver was over 3 months and the only way to get updates or escalate my concern was via WhatsApp. Customer service is sketchy which is frustrating and concerning during the process of dealing with Exclusivia.
