I have been trying to get assistance into accessing my purchases, but there is no accessing when the company itself does not assist you in any way shape or form AI is not human being contact. I wish I could not leave a quarter Star for the all the times I’ve called to find out how I can get in to access my property property. This stands until I get assistance and I will continue to follow one for every access I have allowed and that’s quite a few so I expect a return call on this one. Otherwise you’ll get many more.
