Excellent customer service
Customer service was excellent. Both Sophia and Angelina responded promptly to all my inquiries and handled the issues with professionalism and efficiency, resolving the jacket matter on 16 April and the damaged blouse on 26 April. Overall, the experience was very positive. One suggestion for improvement would be to strengthen quality checks prior to dispatch—particularly for items shipped directly from stores to online customers. While I understand that faults can be difficult to detect at the warehouse level, items fulfilled in-store should be thoroughly inspected before packing. Implementing this step consistently could help prevent damaged or defective items from being sent to customers.
