Charged double, now they won't give me a refund
I was charged double for one subscription, so £58, which concerned me straight away! I tried to cancel after using it for a bit, within the 14 day money back period. They have been emailing me back and forth for a couple days. The money back guarantee is supposed to be with no additional questions, yet they keep rejecting the reasons I dislike the app. I have emailed Paddle to get refund Support, if this does not work I will claim through PayPal. Do not trust the money back guarantee.
