Very poor experience with this company
Very poor experience with this company. I placed an order for three specific items, but only one item I received was correct. The other two items were completely different from what I ordered, and the colors did not match what I selected. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. I contacted the company to resolve the issue, but they have not replied to my last email. Being ignored after receiving incorrect items is unacceptable. This experience feels very misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious before purchasing from this company. I am still waiting for them to correct this issue or provide a refund.
