Unfortunately they are out of the country.
I do not recommend this company. We have been trying to get a refund for several weeks, but all we receive are responses that seem to delay the process and avoid honoring the warranty. We have sent pictures, checked settings, updated firmware, and even used a translator, but nothing has worked. When they cannot solve the issue, they blame everything from the settings to the STL files. Now we are forced to consider legal action. We have almost $3,000 wasted.

Orange Storm Giga
Where to start? My wife and I have spent almost $3,000 on the new Large OrangeStorm Giga, and it has been the most stressful experience of our lives. Customer support is unhelpful and, at best, below par. It takes days to receive a reply, and when we do get one, it's just a runaround. They often ask for pictures, and when we respond, the images are deemed insufficient. This leads to excuses or requests for more photos, which feel like stalling tactics.
This money represents our hard-earned family savings, and it feels like it’s going down the drain. They act as if they are safe and untouchable because they are based in another country. We have not had a single successful print. I want to emphasize that we are not amateurs; we run a small, reputable business and are experienced with various types of 3D printers.
We are constantly dealing with calibration, leveling, and updating issues. The settings don’t hold, and the printer has to be restarted frequently because it doesn’t always heat up. We only use Elegoo PLA and their recommended parts; we haven’t cut any corners or used third-party software.
When we request a refund, they refuse because the product is new. All we receive are ignored messages or responses asking for more pictures, as if we are being dishonest. By far, this has been the worst experience we've had with a company in over 35 years.
