I purchased their OT16-2 electric bike through the Geekmaxi website. I received the bike with a defective battery on April 24, 2026, and I still haven’t received a replacement battery. In short, I do not recommend buying from them because their after-sales support is non-existent. Update: Until the battery in shipment CE062277417DE is actually delivered, I cannot trust these statements. I will wait until Friday, 5 June 2026. If I do not receive the replacement battery by then, I will take further action in accordance with my legal rights.
