The auscultation sounds were of very poor quality - muffled and unclear. Certainly not of the professional standard I expected. Further, the unit did not pair to any Hearing Aids, Airpod Pro 3s or other headphones. Useless. On asking for a returns form, I was informed that there would be a 25% Restocking Fee!!!! Further, had to pay over £20 postage and send it to "Doris" in a flat in Shanghai. Outrageous. Do not waste your money on this item or company. They are both rubbish!
