I APPEALED PAYPAL'S DENIAL OF MY CLAIM AND WON! I would give Weareallfrog zero stars if I could. Like everyone else, I was scammed by the beautiful sweatshirts seemingly coming from Seattle (living in MN, it did not say it came from MN--interesting). Anyway, I am writing to say that PayPal also denied my claim of a scam because the "seller" gave them what appeared to be a tracking number and shipping details that ultimately said the package was delivered to my home. BUT I APPEALED TO PAYPAL and was very dogged. Ask the Chatbot to speak to a person. Tell the person to copy the tracking numbers and put them into any shipping company's tracking service, and they will elevate your appeal. I FINALLY WON YESTERDAY, and Paypal is reimbursing me my money. YOU ALL NEED TO DO THE SAME, so we can show this company that we are more stubborn than they are creative. Go get your $ back!
