Truly one of the most frustrating…
Truly one of the most frustrating companies to work with. I have unfortunately worked with Xometry for 3 years on custom plastic pieces. The product is generally good. But with that comes the lack of knowledge from their team, no response and they WILL put burdens on you that are not your responsibility. Like providing HTS codes on products THEY ARE IMPORTING. Could you imagine if we went to our customers and asked them provide HTS codes on products they are buying. We wouldn't have much business. We have bought the exact same items for 3 years yet no one ever knows what is on our PO even though i am using the quote number and product codes they provided. To that point you do not get a sales rep so forget anyone even knowing who you are. It is a good 2 week lead time to even get an order placed due to their lack of knowledge and general response. You can bet that I am on my way to purchase a damn 3d printer in order to avoid doing business with them.
