Misleading free trial and auto-renewal. Signed up for the free trial and forgot to cancel before it ended. Was immediately charged for a full subscription without any clear reminder or warning that the trial period was expiring. The auto-renewal is enabled by default and not transparent enough. It feels designed to charge users who miss the cancellation window. Customer support is slow to respond. Should send email reminders before charging. Uninstalling and looking for alternatives with clearer expectations
