Complete Frauds
***After several back and forth emails and telling them I will just file a complaint with my cc company, they offered a full refund and asked me to change my review. I still believe they are frauds and they’re unable to produce the item they advertised because they stole the picture from another website and tried to duplicate it, but at least they refunded me*** After 3 weeks finally got the hats I ordered. They are not the right color, they look like they were ordered from Temu. Customer service said they’d replace them and I told them if it was going to take another 3 weeks to receive them then I just wanted a refund. Never heard back from them until 2 weeks later when they told me they were processing my replacement. It took another 3 weeks to receive the replacements and they were the exact same WRONG ones I already received. I left reviews for the hat which they aren’t posting the review. I had to file a complaint with my cc company for a refund since iFrogTees isn’t responding and when I call it just rings and rings and no one answers and there’s no option to leave a message. UPDATE…they offered a 60% refund on an item that is not what I ordered and said they can’t give me a full refund because items are made to order. This was not a special order, it is clear they stole the picture from another website and tried to duplicate it which was a total fail. The item they sent is NOT what is pictured at all. Wrong colors, wrong stitching, wrong everything. I will let my cc company handle these frauds
