Lackluster support for failed delivery
Delivery was made incorrectly by courier (thrown over random fence of apartment building instead of mailroom or apartment), Chiclara made me communicate to courier, courier did not investigate, then Chiclara would not provide refund or re-send. Just got ghosted. Bad support
