Perfect Poster Quality And Customer Service
Product Quality : 10 out of 10 Posters are in perfect quality, better than the print previews my digital softwares were showing in Print Preview mode, the Colors are pretty much the same as I wished (neon like Colors such as blue and green came out perfectly and not muddy). Delivery Experience : 9 out of 10 Very timely delivery (even arrived earlier). The only downside I had is that the delivery packages come in triangular prism boxes, which are a bit flimsy and can be prone to damages (it can be squished and deform easily.) Keep in mind that posters comes rolled (may not be suitable for everyone, it was perfectly fine for me.) Customer support : 10 out of 10 Fourthwall held their promise and sent a replacement free of charges without problem (even added a priority tag). I just sent pictures as proof of the delivery problem encountered, which was caused by the shipping company and not Fourthwall. So my overall rating is five out of five for their amazing poster quality and perfect customer service. I will be making business with them again ^-^.
