I’ve made multiple purchases from Mia Bella for my granddaughters—probably around ten—and I’ve always been so impressed with the quality and fit. Their clothing is consistently beautiful, well-made, and true to size. Recently, I had an order that was delayed and ultimately lost. It took a couple of follow-ups to get things sorted, but once I connected with Sara, everything changed. She was absolutely phenomenal. Sara went above and beyond trying to track down my order, and when the items were no longer available in the sizes I needed, she quickly helped me secure a gift card instead. I had some trouble using the gift card (which I’m sure was on my end), and she patiently stayed on the phone with me the entire time until everything was resolved and I was able to place a new order. That level of care and dedication is rare. Because of Sara’s outstanding customer service, I will absolutely continue to be a loyal customer for life.
