DO NOT ORDER FROM EZCOSPLAY! I wish I had read the 1 star reviews before placing my order as I would have saved myself time, money and a huge headache. My order (order number 9000244792) was placed a month in advance of the need by date (as processing claimed to be 1-4 weeks) AND paid for express shipping to ensure it would be here on time. Time passes and we receive no tracking information or updates of any kind and the order just perpetually says ‘processing’. Needless to say, the item we ordered did not arrive in time for the con. We’ve reached out via email several times now asking for updates (only to sometimes get a reply) and when we first asked for a refund on the express shipping they offered us a refund of 10% of the shipping cost which would be about $3. Obviously this was unacceptable so we said we would like a full refund for the cost of shipping if an update on the order could be provided and we could receive an estimate on when the order would arrive. Their response was that they have cancelled the order and we would receive a refund within a week. It has been longer than a week with no refund, surprise surprise. So, here I am writing this review to warn fellow cosplayers to AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS! Our next step will be opening a PayPal case against the company. We only ordered because we literally couldn’t find the item on any other website. I would instead recommend miccostumes if you are looking to purchase cosplays online!
