My rings moonstone fell out on a $350 2 piece set. I expected it to be fixed or replaced. Their response? Here's 20% off. The kicker? You cannot use the discount if there's a sale already going on. Bigger kicker? They're ALWAYS having a BS "sale." I've followed the cost for years bc I wanted this set for so long. The prices never go down it's consistently the same "sale". Cheaply made in china and not worth the cost. They will not fix your ring, won't replace it, they will give you a useless coupon.
