Delivery Dates
My delivery date repeatedly changes from Friday (with free shipping) to Saturday (with a $20 shipping fee) during checkout for several of the roses. Customer Service stated that Friday delivery was no longer available, even though it still appears as an option until checkout. They also did not offer any accommodation or offset to the additional fees, despite the fact that I was placing six orders. To avoid being charged an extra $120 in unlisted shipping fees, I had to test multiple selections and proceed to checkout each time just to determine which delivery dates were actually available. Additionally, I was told that Friday delivery is no longer showing as an option on their end for the roses I selected. However, after checking on two different devices, is not accurate.
