Horrible customer service
At first I loved their pieces and I've been a returning customer however as of recently I'm awaiting a order to be shipped for one month and there is no response from the live chat or their email. No way to even cancel your order and get a refund. I'm very upset because I liked their designs but I will not be returning Edit: apparently this is the only way to get their attention so my order no is #178143 for which I'm inquiring. I also have another more recent purchase 181468 and I hope I don't have this same issue
