Possible scam
I signed up for Pro that was supposed to come with a better package and free templates. After purchasing and logging in I was then prompted to pay MORE MONEY in order to activate my account. I then tried to download the templates and my computer flagged them for viruses and didn’t recommend downloading. I then sent a letter to customer service to cancel my membership immediately for a full refund (it came with a 30 day money back guarantee). The rep sent me 5 DIFFERENT EMAILS trying to sell me other options and not cancel despite me saying the same sentences repeatedly that I was not interested and want to cancel with a full refund. I feel like this is a total scam. Anyway I signed up for Adobe Pro right after and I love it.
