Complete scam
Complete scam, do not buy.! I purchased a Lumen device and a year subscription. After opening the unit and setting up the app. The app asks for your credit card information to set up auto renewal. I don't want auto renewal, but the app holds you hostage and won't allow you access to your already paid for account unless you enter your credit card info. I trying to cancel and was told since I already opened it i can't get a refund. And since I used my HSA to buy it I can't even get my annual subscription refunded? Complete scam!
