Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service, have not refunded or provided trainers! Purchased two pairs of trainers but received the wrong item so returned. Hoka have advised they will not refund the incorrect order as it does not correspond to the order. I’ve advised I have returned what they sent me but they have said they cannot refund. They haven’t listed to the fact that I’ve returned what they sent. Neither have they delivered the correct item! Wish I had read the review of their awful customer service as seems to be a common problem. Now understandable why they only have a 1.7 star rating. Absolutely awful organisation to deal with.
