HIGHEST compliments to Juan & Ivan for excellent customer service service
I spent many hours with lots of calls and time on hold and waiting for chat connection. On phone wait for live agent was over 30 min. But GREAT news is JUAN (phone) and IVAN (Chat) were finally able to resolve my issues and both were so helpful and pleasant. My highest compliments to both for their excellent customer service. Thank you
