Our counselor, Joyana R., has been supportive and proactive, always communicating with us without ever feeling overwhelming, and guiding us along this journey. She took the time to understand my daughter and worked with her to create a plan that was customized for her goals. The whole process felt a lot less stressful with her guidance.
