Refund Scam
My wife bought a tea table from them for my birthday in August 2025. The original tray came a month later as did the replacement a month after that. After contacting the seller, they agreed to issue a refund though only through PayPal in November 2025. However, months later, they initiated a dispute on that same transaction. I then discovered the seller had sent the refund disguised as a “Goods & Services” payment rather than a proper refund. This allowed them to falsely claim they “did not receive an item,” reversing this refund. Now we're out almost $400 and had to throw away a pile of broken tea tables from this shady company.
