My Experience with National Retail Solutions has been frustrating and disappointing. this has been one of the worst business decision I've ever made. while the National Retail Solution is unreliable, overprice, and far from the "easy, all-in-one POS solution", it claims to be. It falls short in several important areas. Customer support is even worse. Getting help is difficult, responses are slow. and when you finally do reach someone, the issue often isn't resolved. for something as critical as a payment system, that level of support is unacceptable. On top of that the pricing is misleading, what looks affordable at first quickly turns into a pile of extra fees, and you don't get nearly enough value in return. Overall, I strongly regret choosing NRS. It's frustrating to use. poorly supported, and not worth the money. i would not recommend it to anyone running a serious business.
