The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They offered absolutely no help in finding my drone MINI 2. What’s more, from the follow-up questions they asked, it was clear they had access to the information. I answered all their questions, but nobody answered mine. Could you kindly share more details with us for further processing?" - I formed this opinion of your company after almost three weeks of dealing with your support team. Why did you give me this information? So that in the end, you wouldn't be able to help me again?
