These guys are scammers
These guys are scammers. Sign up for one month and they charge you for a year. Say they will credit you if you drop bank charge back, then they disappear. Service is horrible - liars. Avoid, avoid, avoid. After reading Pollo’s response, I want to clarify that it does not reflect our experience. I did not want an annual plan and they have refused to issue a credit. Unfortunately, their customer service team has not been willing to resolve the issue or take care of the customer. Based on our experience, these practices continue to feel deceptive.
