Despite the wait time to chat, my question was very well answered by Jafet and I was assured that the supplier, Jellyfit, would get back to me withing 72 hours. As an added comment, I cannot understand why the seller of this product does not give its customers a direct link to make enquiries - we have to contact you to contact the supplier. Very frustrating!
