Product missing deadline. Edit: It came on time!
I ordered a customized product last week, and even paid the expedited fee to ensure the product would arrive on time. However, not only did the production got delayed, I was never notified about the delay and the product will completely miss the deadline now. Edit: Excellent customer services. As soon as they heard from my complaint, their supervisor Rosa picked up the case and went above and beyond for it to arrive on time! My expedited fee was refunded and somehow my order managed to arrive just in time thanks to Rosa. Thank you so much!
