Poor wig construction and unfair resolution
I ordered a 22inch loose wave half wig from Ulahair and received a defective unit with a clear stitching issue that caused excessive shedding. The hair quality was beautiful, true to length but the hair density was not as advertised (definitely not 200%). What’s most concerning is that the company acknowledged the defect, yet refused to provide a full refund or replacement. Instead, they offered only a partial refund or a discount to purchase another wig. Expecting a customer to spend more money after receiving a faulty product is unacceptable. I have since escalated the issue through Klarna, who had to pause my payments and step in. I’ve attached photos showing the defect so others can judge for themselves. Be cautious when purchasing—if something goes wrong, you may not receive a fair resolution.
