I really appreciate the banking services that they offer. The overdraft (SpotMe) coverage is great as well as the ability to get a payDay loan with very little fees attached. My loan amount has grown with the number of direct deposits that I make. It went from $100 when I first joined to $600 if I need it :) The customer service has been great when I had questions about unauthorized charges and I've used their tax filing services twice without hassle !!
