Low quality traffic, poor communication, not a platform to elevate your sales.
We had a very disappointing experience with Grommet during our launch campaign. After putting time and effort into getting everything set up and promoting the launch, our listing was not reliably showing on the front end during launch week, which created real downtime and lost opportunity. When I asked for clarification and support, including why our listing was down again and where certain ranking factors had been disclosed in the original campaign materials, I received no response after multiple follow ups. The lack of communication was especially frustrating given the time-sensitive nature of a launch. If you are hoping this will elevate your product sales, I would look at other channels. We received one sale during the entire week. Overall, the campaign felt like a waste of time and resources for our team. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Grommet to other brands expecting a reliable launch process or responsive support.
