Tejaswi very efficiently and patiently…
Tejaswi very efficiently and patiently heard the issue and resolved it. There are few more pending stuff and she promised to get back to me on it, which i really appreciate. Showing commitment is very important. The earlier agent Rajashree never responded to any of the issues discussed, I have sent follow up emails and on the chat. My 2 weeks were wasted waiting for her to reply or resolve the issue.
