The item received was not as described and was very cheaply made and designed with polyester material instead of linen. The return policy is extremely difficult and has a caution at the end that it will cost more to return than what you’ve purchased and may get lost in the mail anyway. The return address does not make sense either. Then you’re offered a 20% refund if you don’t ship it back. So you really have been swindled out of your money in the end.
