Terrible and fraudulent customer service. I purchased a digital $10 Roblox gift card, but Best Buy falsely cancelled the order while still keeping my money. They then sent a dead, already-redeemed digital code (RIDXYBKBA8B7VJ9JMN) via an automated message. When reaching out to support, agents provided zero help, looped me through endless useless links, and refused to issue either a working product or a refund. This is blatant theft and merchant fraud. Avoid buying digital goods from Best Buy at all costs!
