Stupid fool
The printer was a pile of junk it came with more software problems than I could count hardware issues and the firmware must have been in its beta time the support was nonexistent at best and trying to actually get some help was impossible I feel like I took $500 dollars and flushed it down the toilet, the printer is now outback on the trash pile and I have given up all hopes of ever 3D printing in my life time
