SCAM
Ordered a product from them and the buying and sending to me process itself went all fine, I got the product and the product didnt fit my car and that was unlucky i guess that can happen to anyone. But the problem is when returning the item....... I asked them directly what address do you want me to send the item to and what email and phone number they use so they can get a notification when it arrives. I got a message from the postal office that the package have arrived where its supposed to, just to confirm to them i sent them a message that the unit has arrived and they needed to pick it up within a week. On the last day they could pick it up they tell me they dont want to go and pick it up........ They ask me to contact their local post office to delay it, which this is not in my country and i dont speak the language so i told them they could do it since they are the ones that wouldnt want to pick it up and that they speak the language. The response was that it was my problem not theirs. Now the package will be sent back to my country and i need to pay a fee to get it back. For everything in my life i wouldnt recommend them and have called local authorities to classify both them and aliexpress as a scam in my country.
