Super bad service
Ordered a robovac which cost almost $900. I was given a delivery date for which I made arrangments to be home. However, they delivered it 2 days earlier , outside my apt. door while no one was home. I came home in the evening & thankfully no one stole it. After unboxing it, found that it wasn't working. I then wrote in for exchange and only after 2 wks of to & fro communication, they told me to contact the vendor, as ntuc is a 3rd party vendor. Then I asked for a refund. Why should i contact robovac when i bought it from ntuc. They can't just wash their hands off after selling it. Since the item is damaged from the onset, ntuc should settle it. What if robovac doesn't take responsibility ? Ntuc finally agreed to give a refund after the vendor collects it from my place. A pickup date was given, but no one came. No call was made to inform me of cancellation or when the scheduled pickup will be. Waited another day to no avail. I'm still waiting. It's almost a month since any resolution. I'm stuck with a vacuum that doesn't work & $800+ gone. According to ntuc website, any exchange or refund will be dealth within 7 days. Extremely bad service. I will never shop at ntuc online again.
