There were 3 boxes in the shipment and tracking info with UPS was difficult to decipher. Communication from Burrow made it seem like everything was on its way together, when in reality it took several more days for 2 more boxes to arrive. Someone from Burrow could’ve followed up with me or at least UPS and they did neither.
