Great customer service and product!
I needed small conference notebooks for a luncheon with our logo on them and needed them quickly. As I searched the internet, I found Personalized Paper were priced reasonably for such a small quantity and needed them shipped to arrive within 2 weeks. Once I placed my order, Lisa A responded quickly by email and then via phone that they would not get there on time and if I needed to have them by a certain date, expedited shipping would need to be paid. Lisa was extremely helpful as a Customer Support Manager and got them the day before my meeting which was PERFECT! The notebooks looked great too and I would definitely order them again!
