I ordered 2 dining chairs from Grayson
I ordered 2 dining chairs from Grayson. I received a notice from the shipping company that they had the chairs and would be contacted for delivery. After 1 1/2 weeks I contact the shipping company that said we will have our shipment next week. Next week no shipment. I call again and they cannot locate the dispatcher and will return my call. No return call. I finally call Grayson to look into it and they had them shipped out the next week. So not really Grayson fault. I like the chairs and wanted to order the side chairs. I click on the customer service Icon to ask a question, no one engages after several minutes on several occasions. I look at my cart, there is a " make an offer" feature, so I made an offer. After a week and 2 phone calls and a reply directly to their email, I still have not been contacted. That's good enough for me to shop somewhere else from now on.
