Scam or Theft is my question
I have ordered 385.00 dollars worth of merchandise for my daughter. I took my time and read all the details on each item so had no reason not to be expecting exactly what I ordered... Now here is my issue, the tracking is saying it was delivered on 6 May at 21:44 hours however this building has both 24 hour security guard as well as security cameras and there is absolutely no indication of any delivery made. So I reached out to the company and they refuse to respond to me... so is this a scam or theft??? I would say theft... so trust me I do not give up easily... just want a full refund and that will be that... and yes I see they do not allow any negative posts about them, pretty sure it is not a true company now.... I am normally pretty careful with online shopping but my own fault for not checking with Trustpilot which I will always do from here on in.... hard way to learn eh :(
