STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY – Do not use their services. They grossly underestimated the quotation and demonstrated poor planning, execution, and overall service throughout the move. To make matters worse, they added last-minute surprise charges and effectively held our cargo hostage until we paid very high additional charges for items that were never clearly mentioned in the exclusions or initial agreement. Highly unprofessional and stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to AVOID using this company.
