Misleading advertising
The lamp that arrived is not per the advertised item. I exercised my right to the cooling off period and I expected a full refund. Having haggled over the refund for nearly 3 weeks I am resigned to the fact that I will never get the full refund I am entitled to. Please do not use this organisation. They are a Chinese drop shipper, fronting themselves as an NL organisation. Their customer representative, Joy (probably an Ai generated chatbot) is charming but highly frustrating as you get nowhere with them. I learn my lesson. I will buy local and research very carefully who I am buying from. (I should have used Trustpilot before and not after the purchase…)
