NCSA College Recruiting

Disappointed by Lack of Professionalism and Respect for Our Time

We were extremely disappointed with our experience with NCSA. The communication was excessive and unprofessional - we received constant texts reminding us to be prepared and on time for multiple scheduled meetings, only to then receive follow-up messages each time stating that their staff would be late. As parents of a student-athlete, this sends the completely wrong message. Student athletes are constantly told that punctuality and professionalism are critical when dealing with college coaches and recruiters. If our daughter were late to calls, meetings, or recruiting events, it would absolutely be viewed negatively and could potentially impact opportunities for her future. It is frustrating and hypocritical for an organization that claims to prepare athletes for the recruiting process to repeatedly fail to model the same level of professionalism and respect for other people’s time. Families rearrange schedules and make these meetings a priority, and we expected the same courtesy in return.
