Lack of integrity and accountability
Scheduled TV installation. Geek Squad went to wrong address 30 minutes away. 90 minutes later still did not show up. Called supervisor said they would be there 2 hours later from that. Rescheduled and made arrangements to be home again. Installation went fine. A store manager promised would waive installation fee- there is no indication of this on my account. Then Verizion called me to "make good," had the audacity to offere me a $25 gift card based on the $600+ I spent and thousands I spent over the years. I told them they had nerve and to keep the gift card. Seriously doubt I will hear from anyone about the rebate. Never going back.
