Crypto (BTC
Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC) TR00153988525 I’ve bought multiple items from Itemku before and most of them went fine, but this recent experience was really frustrating. I made a purchase using crypto for one of my orders, and their system failed to verify the payment properly. Instead of being processed quickly, it got stuck under review with no clear timeframe or update. Support kept giving generic responses saying to “wait for further information,” but there was no real progress or ETA. While I was waiting, the item I originally planned to buy ended up going out of stock, which made the situation even worse because I missed out on it completely due to the delay. Overall, other purchases were okay, but this crypto verification issue and lack of clear communication really hurt the experience. I hope they improve their payment verification system and provide faster updates in situations like this.
