Foksy unable to provide support
Foksy requires a minimum order of 50 units for custom orders—a requirement that was difficult for me to accept as someone just starting a business, especially since they offered no support whatsoever. However, I eventually found a relatively excellent alternative. Some of their latest designs haven't been listed online yet, so I recommend trying to reach out to them via their "info" email address; they are very patient in answering questions. I was also able to successfully customize the logo exactly as I wanted—though I only decided to place the order after our second round of collaboration. The company is timesie.com.
